Background history :

A 12th grade high school male student from a senior high school in East Jakarta was promoted to grade 11th and 12th with special notice.

Problem :

His study achievement index at school was moderately low. He could continue to the next grade but with special notice because in his 10th and 11th grade, he was included in 10 students with the lowest score in his class. This had become a burden for his school life, and he was also suffering a low self-esteem due to his complicated academic performance. Even so, he was still had a dream to be accepted as a student in Law Department of University of Indonesia or Padjajaran University. 

Solution :

To make his dream came true, Elite Tutors Indonesia proposed tailored-made tutoring program which was held in Jakarta, combined with an intensive class super camp in Bandung. During these two learning strategies, the tutors intensively maintained a good relationship with the male student.

Achievement :

After undergoing the proposed tailored-made tutoring program, the male student was accepted as a student in a regular class of Management Department of University of Indonesia.
